Vitality!
It was several years ago now, but I remember this little scene quite vividly: I had been feeling low on energy and sluggish, so I took a few doses of Corn flower essence over the course of a weekend. At the time I was working in the front office of a hospital physical rehabilitation department. It was a busy place and kept me on my toes. That next Monday, I was bustling about the office doing two or three things simultaneously – answering the phones, word processing a document, arranging patients’ schedules. I was no longer thinking about my lagging energy of the past week when one of our therapists walked through the office. “Wow!” he commented. “If I had energy like that I’d bottle and sell it!” “Yes,” I thought, “but it’s already in a bottle: Corn Flower Essence!”
Because its currently traditional harvest time, I’ve been thinking about the flower essence of the corn plant and how it can help “vibrate” one out of procrastination and into the “We get it done!” mode.
Remember, too, that our companion animals reflect our moods, so if you are feeling lethargic chances are you’ll notice your canine pal or feline friend is sleeping a lot during the day and joining you as a couch potato every evening.
Energy begets energy. If you go out for a brisk autumn walk with your dog or engage your kitty in a fun game I bet you’ll both feel peppier and happier as you get those endorphins pumping.
Healthy animals love to express themselves through movement and play. They will be grateful if you initiate a game or a romp. It’s good for both of you.
But if you’re feeling stuck or putting off getting started, or if your pet seems to be lacking vitality, I recommend some Corn flower essence for both of you.
It’s like energy in a bottle!
